Learning More About BPD: A Workshop For Families & Friends (1-day)

This one day workshop is for carers (families and friends) who support someone with (or a likely diagnosis) of borderline personality disorder (BPD). It provides information about BPD and how to best support the person whilst still caring for yourselves. The group will explore a number of educational and practical approaches to learning new skills in the context of a safe environment amongst other carers.

Rita Brown is the Carer Consultant for Spectrum and works from a lived experience of supporting/caring for someone with BPD at a number of Spectrum’s workshops and BPD Family and Carer Support Group. Rita is a volunteer and board member of the Australian BPD Foundation.
