Hotplate Launch Party ft Sleep D (Vinyl Only)

Presenting the first iteration of Hot Plate - a community event with music lovers in mind, brought to you by Solace and Pins 'N Needles:

From 1pm on Saturday the 28th of June, the upstairs space of Solace will be transformed into a bustling vinyl and goods market. Come have a dig through thousands of records from the scene’s best collectors. Soundtracking your hunt through the piles of wax, merch and other hot paraphernalia will be a host of selectors playing in Solace’s well-loved downstairs bar. From funk, disco, house and all your favourite classics, there will be no better place to warm yourself up from a cold winter’s day in the CBD.

Come 5pm the crates will be packed away, yet the party will only be getting started. For the first Hotplate event, local and interstate talent will be heard playing their hottest records until early in the morning. From label and record shop owners to collective runners and artists between tours, this lineup is stacked with talent and lifelong contributors to the scene.
