Together with international soloist Chad Kelly on the harpsichord, students of the Early Music Studio present a colourful end of semester program of chamber music by French and Italian composers, including Couperin's beguiling Apotheoses of Corelli, a selection of playful sonatas and chamber concerti by Boismortier, a sonata for recorders by Sammartini, a virtuosic trio for three violoncelli by dall'Abaco, and a quartet of four natural horns. This program will also feature the Conservatorium Sackbut Ensemble together with special guest Danny Lucin on cornetto.
