The Australian Government has committed to the goal of Australia building 1.2 million new homes over the next 5 years to deal with Australia’s desperate undersupply of housing. Victoria has the goal of building 80,000 homes each year. Not everyone thinks this is possible, but everyone agrees we urgently must find a way. So how can we do it?

Join the ACBC Vic Property Roundtable to hear from leading industry experts about the current drivers, issues and potential solutions to one of the biggest challenges Australia currently faces. We will deep dive into the Victorian & Australian Housing Crisis approaching the issue from a government, construction, design, environmental sustainability and investment perspective.

This event offers a platform for collaboration among policymakers, industry experts, investors and community stakeholders, to raise awareness, facilitate dialogue, and explore solutions. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in knowledge exchange and brainstorming through keynote speeches and panel discussions.

An optional light fingerfood and neworking will be offered after the event for guests attending in person.
