Welcome to A Cocoa Symphony!

This unique 6-course degustation dinner revolves around the theme of cocoa, presented by two chefs with a profound passion for culinary innovation.

Alessandro Luppolo, a Michelin-star awarded pastry chef with 18 years of experience, spent across Italy ,Paris, Milan, New York, Hong Kong, and Melbourne.

Joining him is Martina Bresciani, an accomplished Italian chef. Both chefs are ex-Attica alumni, having met while working at Australia’s most acclaimed restaurant.

Their shared dedication to high-quality, creative cuisine led to this collaboration. The menu is crafted to showcase cocoa’s versatility, taking diners on a journey through its diverse uses in both savory and sweet dishes showcasing great Victorian produce.

A Thoughtfully Curated Menu:

The evening will feature four savory courses and two desserts, each highlighting cocoa as a key ingredient.

Martina Bresciani’s savory dishes might include creations like a plum-cocoa distillate reduction, showcasing how cocoa can add depth and complexity to savory flavors. Alessandro Luppolo will present innovative dessert creations that challenge traditional perceptions of chocolate, combining classic flavors with new techniques.

Their experiences as ex-Attica alumni have deeply influenced their approach, ensuring each dish is a true exploration of flavor and texture.
* Beverage Options:
Guests can enhance their dining experience with a choice of four paired glasses of wine from Vinea Marson, a renowned Victorian winemaker, or a selection of four unique cocktails crafted to complement the cocoa-themed menu.
