Affinity is not your average networking event.

We’re a community of women in business who believe that growth happens in spaces rooted in kindness, honesty and depth. These monthly sessions take place across 13 locations in the UK and are designed for female founders and entrepreneurs who want to connect, not just network.

Our events begin with conversations. We don’t do 60-second pitches or ask you to perform. Instead, we invite you to share what feels right — your name, your story, your why. There’s no pressure. You can ease in at your own pace. The host will guide the room gently, giving each woman space to speak if and when she’s ready. This is about genuine connection, not performance.

We talk, we connect, and we listen — not to respond, but to truly hear. These are rooms where you’ll be seen and supported, where stories and experiences are shared in a way that creates trust and belonging.

We are women running businesses at every level. Some of us are just starting out, others are growing established brands. But what we all have in common is that we’re serious about what we do. We’re ambitious, driven and brilliant at our work — and we don’t believe we need to sacrifice kindness or connection to succeed.

Every quarter, we also host a deeper-dive masterclass or bootcamp designed to support your business growth. These are powerful sessions that bring together insight, strategy and the WWIB community — and we’ll include all the details for upcoming sessions in each location’s listing.
