Streatham & Marlborough Cricket Club We are very pleased to welcome you to Streatham & Marlborough Cricket Club. To give you some history on the club, Streatham & Marlborough Cricket Club was formed on the 1st February 2003 after the merger of two long established local clubs, Streatham CC (1805) and Marlborough (1870) CC.
WG Grace played at Streatham in 1902 so you are in good company! More recent alumni includes the 4th most expensive cricketer in the 2009 IPL, South African international, Tyron Henderson. Based on the corner of Lordship Lane and Dulwich Common in East Dulwich, we are a Focus Club for Surrey and were awarded Clubmark in October 2009. We have two squares on the same site and our 1st X1 pitch was voted the best in the league for 2010.
