Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Set up in 2002, Jamie Oliver's Fifteen is a restaurant that uses the magic of food to give young people the chance to have a better future.
Every year the restaurant recruits 18 unemployed young people, aged 18 and 24, and trains them to become qualified chefs. The apprentices work alongside a team of 25 professional chefs in the Fifteen kitchen.
