Freshly made - in-store, everyday. Authentic - we prepare our gelato according to original Italian recipes, using the traditional Italian process called ‘Mantecazione’. Made with best ingredients - organic milk from local farms i.e., no heavy cream.. Plus, we travel the globe to find the tastiest fruits from trusted farmers and we explore as far as Madagascar or Sao Tome to select the best quality cocoa, coffee and vanilla beans. A healthy treat - Gelatos very low in fat (on average 6–8%!) compared to other ice creams (on average 18–24%). And Sorbets 0% fat... We DO NOT use any artificial flavourings, colourings, emulsifiers, preservatives or non-natural thickeners, ever. Now available in London, Sao Paulo, Campinas, Dubai and Bahrain.
Dri Dri is in multiple locations in London, São Paulo, Manama, Dubai Box Park, JBR and Marina. And loves them all. No emulsifier, no artificial flavourings, colourings, non-natural thickeners, etc. Therefore Ice creams and Sorbets incredibly low in fat, completely fat-free or even gluten-free. And creamy, like real gelato should be. Padrão italiano, jeito natural. Evitando completamente o uso de emulsificantes, colorantes e espessantes artificiais, só os melhores ingredientes, produzidos com cuidado por produtores qualificados de confiança.
