The Orb
The Orb is a British electronic music group formed by Alex Paterson and Jimmy Cauty in 1988. The group is considered to be one of the pioneers of ambient house music and has released a number of highly acclaimed albums over the years.

The Orb’s music is characterised by its sonic experimentation, blending genres such as ambient, dub, techno, and chillout. Their music is often described as “ambient house”, a reference to the atmospheric soundscapes they create.

The Orb gained prominence in the early 1990s when they released their breakthrough album, Adventures Beyond the Ultraworld.

Ozric Tentacles
Ozric Tentacles is a British rock band that has been active since the mid-1980s. The band is known for their eclectic blend of psychedelic rock, space rock, and electronic music, which has made them a unique and well-respected force in the alternative rock scene.

The band was formed in Somerset in 1983 by Ed Wynne, who remains the tireless driving force behind the band's music. Since then, the band has gone through multiple personnel changes, with Wynne being the only constant member throughout the years.

Ozric Tentacles gained a devoted following in the United Kingdom during the late 1980s and early 1990s, which helped them to secure a recording contract with Demi Monde in 1989.
