🌿 What to Expect:
This class is taught by women for women, creating a supportive and understanding environment where you can grow stronger together. Whether you’ve never taken a self-defence class before or want to brush up on the basics, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
⭐ Jessica was a wonderful instructor, it felt like a very safe space but also learned really practical techniques (in particular for those with less strength) and was fun. ⭐⭐Had a great time at the taster session! It felt safe to get a bit uncomfortable and Jess did a great job at breaking up moves into steps for beginners to follow. I hope to come back for the longer course.
