Loreen
Loreen is a Swedish singer, songwriter, and music producer known for her powerful voice and unique electronic sound. Born in Stockholm on October 16, 1983, Loreen began her music career in 2004 when she competed in the fourth season of Sweden's version of the reality TV show, Idol. Though she didn't win, the experience helped Loreen hone her vocal skills while she continued to work on her own music.
In 2011, Loreen entered the Swedish national selection process for the Eurovision Song Contest with her song "My Heart Is Refusing Me. " Although she didn't win, the song went on to become a hit in Sweden and other European countries.
