Cutting Crew is a British pop rock band that formed in 1985 in London, England. The band is best known for their 1986 hit single, "(I Just) Died in Your Arms". The band has had four studio albums and numerous singles.

The band was originally formed by singer and guitarist Nick Van Eede and bassist Colin Farley in 1985. The two had been in a band together called The Drivers, and decided to form their own band.

Kim Wilde is a prominent English pop and rock singer who rose to fame in the 1980s. She was born as Kim Smith on November 18th, 1960, in Chiswick, London. Her father, Marty Wilde, was also a famous singer and songwriter in the UK.

Kim Wilde's music career began in 1981 with the release of her debut single "Kids in America", which quickly became a hit in the UK and other parts of the world. Following the success of her first single, she released her self-titled debut album, which also received critical acclaim and produced several successful singles.
