Empower & Evolve:
Welcome to my transformational event where we'll focus on empowering and evolving ourselves! Join me at the Neter Ma'at Centre for a day filled with inspiration, growth, and connection.
Only about 2% of medical research funding goes towards women’s health and that includes research into how we experience puberty and pregnancy and everything in between, and just a small fraction of this funding that is spent on understanding how women change and develop through the perimenopause and menopause. Even less of this funding is spent specifically looking at how women with ADHD function throughout this time. If you’re like me and you have ADHD and you’re going through the perimenopause, you’ll be well aware that the symptoms of ADHD are actually very similar to those that you can experience through the perimenopause, which means they are exacerbated and can often cause severe mental health issues, brain fog, and lack of focus - way worse than just your everyday ADHD or perimenopause symptoms on their own!
I want to create a community where women with ADHD feel understood, supported, and equipped to handle the unique challenges throughout the menopause, as I believe every woman has the potential for growth and transformation at any stage of life. And as the medical profession don’t seem to be invested in finding out how best to support us, I believe we need to take matters into our own hands so we can harness our ADHD strengths and turn menopause into a phase of empowerment and renewal.
I’ve spent the last 10 years learning how to manage my ADHD and peri-menopause symptoms, which means I now have the tools and strategies to minimise the effects and thrive throughout this time of life. I’ve gone from a life that was completely chaotic and unmanageable 10 years ago, to genuinely living my best life so far on this planet and I want to share this knowledge with you!
Throughout the day you'll learn a holistic approach to managing ADHD and menopause symptoms in a safe space for women to share and grow together, focusing on:
Whether you're looking to learn new strategies, gain new perspectives, or simply meet like-minded women, this event is for you.
The number of participants has been kept to a maximum of 10 to allow for deep, meaningful connections, so don't miss out on this opportunity to empower yourself and evolve on your journey towards calmer days and a brighter future.
Recommended for women who have diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD and want to prepare for, or are currently experiencing peri-menopause symptoms.
