JustAGuy are a non-profit organisation, on a mission to empower young people to reach their full potential, by acquiring the interpersonal skills required to thrive as adults and boost employability prospects. They are committed to working with young people from underserved and marginalised commuties by creating opportunities to drive their own social mobility through advice, mentoring and workshops.

Ben Rouse

Ben is a facilitator and former trainer and maths teacher. His belief that everyone can be creative given the right environment brought him from the classroom to meeting and board rooms to support teams when they come together to solve big challenges and align on solutions. He designs custom facilitated experiences for teams.

Sam Carpenter

Meet Sam Carpenter, a visual collaboration expert who turns complex problems into clear opportunities using the bikablo® method with WorkVisible. Experienced in workshop facilitation, Agile and Lean coaching, and product management, Sam has empowered teams to make informed and confident decisions.

Jenny Martin

Meet Jenny, an independent trainer and facilitator specialising in product development and innovation techniques for high-performing teams. Jenny excels in unlocking the individual and collective potential of diverse groups, driven by her passion for inclusivity and fascination with the human brain.

Jenny crafts immersive and playful learning experiences through her workshops, designed to enable everyone to contribute to their fullest while having fun. A massive fan of Lego Serious Play, she integrates this approach into her sessions, bringing a unique blend of positive psychology, flourishing, and personality science.

"Collaboration is like building with Lego," Jenny says. "Each piece, no matter how different, is essential to creating something extraordinary."
