A year in Westminster: John Crace and Marina Hyde live in London and online

In the months since we’ve witnessed another dizzying period of chaos in Westminster and it’s the job of Marina Hyde and political sketch writer John Crace to cover it all. Whether it’s Matt Hancock’s TikTok content ('which now reaches out into the cringeosphere to ends unknown’) or Suella Braverman delivering blue-sky thinking on asylum seekers (‘Where would the country be without her crack team of halfwits?’), Hyde and Crace have had a front-row seat as politics has once again dissolved into disorder.

Join the two writers with the Guardian’s political editor Pippa Crerar for this special event, live in London and via the livestream, as they dissect another year of anarchy in British politics.

You can join this event in-person at Union Chapel, 19b Compton Terrace, London, N1 2UN, or via the livestream. Tickets are £25 to attend the event in person, or £10 to watch it online. See tickets for further details.
