Caitlin Rose is an American country, rock and pop singer-songwriter from Nashville, Tennessee. She is best known for her powerful, emotive vocals and her unique blend of classic country, Americana and classic pop influences.
Rose began her musical career in her early teens, writing songs about her hometown and self-released an EP in 2006. After graduating from college, Rose released her first full-length album, Own Side Now, in 2010 to critical acclaim. The album featured singles such as “Shanghai Cigarettes” and “Learning To Ride”, both of which were featured on the television shows Nashville and The Vampire Diaries respectively.
