Train the trainer programme is intended to assist non-training professionals or part-time trainers in designing and delivering a more engaging presentation than the typical “I speak and you listen” method. By incorporating more engaging learning exercises, every presenter increases the likelihood that they will remember their knowledge and act upon it.
