The most exciting event has finally arrived. After a hiatus of 10 years, the MIYC (Malaysian International Yoga Competition) is finally here! Mayi Yoga Sports Club proudly present, International Yoga Competition 2024!
This competition aims to promote the practice of yoga as a means to improve the physical health & mental well-being of people of all ages & fitness levels, hence to advance yoga asana as a sport.
Your participation as a yoga practitioner provides you the opportunity to demonstrate competitive excellence & to inspire others to participate as well as advance in their own practice.
