A basic and complete hands on sourdough workshop that you have been looking forward, and you will surely enjoy the baking journey woth us.

Choose any natural colour to make your own sourdough bread. : tumeric. blue pea flower and etc.

You will learn:
1. Sourdough Starter ( Hands On)
2. Sourdough Baking ( Demo, scoring)
3. Sourdough Bread Making ( Hands on)
4. Lamination, shaping, coiling folding abd scoring method
5 * NEW * HANDS ON scoring on a mini sourdough bread during the class, bake and take home !
6. Focaccia ( Demo)
7. Bakers' Percentage for variance flour ratio
8. *Complimentary with secret recipe

*Bring home
1 full set recipe
1 Mini Sourdough bread taht scored and baked in studio
1 Coloured combined dough
1 starter
1 organic probiotic drink

during class, you will have sourdough bread and focaccia tasting with coffee and tea.
*Support group will be created after workshop; to share and to ask all about the fun of baking sourdough experience and knowledge.
