Participants will take away valuable culinary skills including:

- Knowledge of traditional Malaysian cooking techniques and ingredients

- Understanding of the flavors and ingredients used in Nyonya Curry Laksa and Chicken Rendang

- Ability to recreate these dishes at home for family and friends

- Tips and tricks for enhancing other dishes using Malaysian techniques and flavors
