Risk management of projects has become the heart of return on investment in large scale wind projects, given the recent trend in major project schedule delivery involving significant delays being over represented on large scale wind projects.
This well established and evolving workshop is tailored to a traditional client’s perspective in monitoring a principal contractor and their management of risk to align industry leadership across industry performance, risk profile and the key activities required in the project life cycle to achieve positive outcomes on a major wind project.
