Dream

of Utopia, the highly anticipated boutique festival-retreat, returns for its 5th edition from September 25-30, 2024, at the stunning Turkish Riviera. This year’s lineup promises an unforgettable experience, featuring some of the most influential names in electronic music.

Headliners Announced

Âme Live (Frank Wiedemann), co-founder of the iconic label Innervisions, will headline the event with a live performance that promises to captivate the audience. Known for his innovative approach to electronic music, Wiedemann's presence is a testament to the festival's commitment to delivering top-tier performances.

Joining Âme is Jerome Sydenham, known for his influential role in shaping contemporary house and techno music and establishing a Pan-African electro direction within these genres. Sydenham has solid label credits such as Defected and Planet-e, and he recently launched the Kraftmatic imprint.

They will be joined by 20 other talented artists from across the world, ensuring a diverse and electrifying musical experience.

Event Highlights

Since its inception, Dream of Utopia has been bridging the German and Turkish electronic dance music scenes. The event offers a rich and balanced program, starting as a laid-back wellness retreat with activities such as ecstatic dance, cacao ceremonies, and sound healing, and then gradually transforming into a weekend of stellar musical acts and festivities.

With attendance limited to just 250 people, Dream of Utopia offers an intimate and immersive experience. Attendees can participate in a variety of activities, including:

• Breathwork, Meditation and Yoga Sessions
• Creative Workshops such as Percussion Circles and Art Therapy
• Outdoor Adventures including Explorative Hiking and Paragliding

Venue and Location

Nestled along the Lycian Way, Dream of Utopia takes place in Faralya, a location celebrated for its natural beauty. The festival site is surrounded by lush thyme, rosemary, and pine forests, offering breathtaking views where mountains meet the turquoise Mediterranean Sea. This year, the festival will return to the beloved Rocas Roja Hotel, complemented by the serene Lov Faralya, both providing luxurious and comfortable accommodations.

Roots and Community

Born out of a vision originating from Berlin in 2020, Dream of Utopia has since grown into a beloved annual event that attracts both reputable and underground artists from the Berlin music scene. This year, many prominent artists from Berlin clubs and labels such as Kater Blau, Stil Vor Talent, and Get Physical Music will be joining the lineup, along with some of Turkey's finest underground talents, creating a unique blend of international and local sounds.
