Birmingham City University has supported the development of Maternity Support Workers (MSW) nationally for over 8 Years. Following on from the successful MSW conference launch at BCU last year, we are excited to host the second ever Maternity Support Worker Conference here again at Birmingham City University.

Inclusivity is key and the conference is aimed at all those wanting to deepen their understanding about the MSW role, as well as celebrate the value of the role within Maternity services including MSW’s, Student Midwives, Midwives, Assistant Practitioners, Clinical Educators and Midwifery leaders.
