Stronger Together Coaching Conference 2025
18 January 2025
SATURDAY
9 a.m.

British Weight Lifting is delighted to launch a coaching conference dedicated to helping coaches cultivate their ability to develop competitive athletes and foster their passion for lifting.

In a world where knowledge is freely accessible online, we bring you the opportunity
to gain wisdom in person from champions and those who have coached them and also to have enriching discussions face-to-face with other coaches.

Places are limited to 130. Book early to avoid dissapointment.

The first Stronger Together Conference was a massive success, with coaches moving away
from arguments about technique to instead focus on how to coach for long-term performance development. Our speakers Danny Lennon, Spencer Arnold, Zoe Smith Chris Murray and Giles Greenwood stole the show. The second one is going to be even better as we again bring some of the most experienced people on the planet and ask hard questions about performance.

Speakers for the 18th of January, 2025, from 9:00 to 18:00 are:

Emily Campbell (Oly), Adam Bishop, Dr Meghan Bentley, Dr Sinead Roberts and Aimee
Anaya Everett.

She loves coaching and believes the mental side is what separates the elite from the true champions. Aimee dedicates her life to helping others achieve their goals, and welcomes all levels — whether it be a grandmother wanting to have the strength and energy to chase her grandchildren, an individual who never wants to compete and only trains for fun, an aspiring Olympian, someone who wants to be mentally stronger, or an athlete with dreams to podium at National Championships. Aimee’s goal is to help people become better in life and sport through mental work, strength, fitness & health, and happiness — in and outside of the gym. “Those who master themselves find strength”.
