As Director of Inspire & Connect, IT Manager and an award-winning wellness author, coach, and Reiki Master Teacher, Ali is passionate about creating spaces where women can connect authentically, grow together, and feel supported. Ali’s welcoming energy ensures you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

After the Event

Following the event, we will send you a list of attendees so you can follow up with anyone you didn’t get to speak to. You’ll also receive details about our next meet-up, including an early bird discount to book your place!

Founded by Laura Moss in 2019, Inspire & Connect is a beautiful community dedicated to helping ALL women connect with themselves and others. In 2021, Laura welcomed Ali Swift as a co-director, expanding our reach to multiple in-person meet-ups across the UK, with more on the way, plus online gatherings for ultimate flexibility.
