Find Clarity this January. Whether you have set intentions you wish to focus on for the year, or you just need a mental declutter, Join me to do just that. Lie back and relax letting the sounds of the gong and crystal bowls wash over you, cleansing your body and mind.

Yoga mats are provided along with a blanket, eye mask, water and herbal tea. So you can relax without any input. However, feel free to bring your own yoga mat, a cushion and your favourite blanket to help you get into a place of comfort and deep relaxation. Be sure to get your loyalty card which allows you to join me for 5 sessions to get your 6th Free.

Please arrive 5 minutes before to give yourself time to get a herbal tea and allow yourself to relax and settle. Also note that there is limited space in the car park, so please allow time to park on a nearby road and walk round, or where possible use public transport.

It is not recommended that those who are pregnant or have epilepsy attend sound baths, we apologise for any upset this may cause.
