Dancing Roots for mature people

Come and join us for a 3 week Black History Month special of dance with live drumming!! Lets dance and feel good, cultivate positive energy and bring the vibrant authentic mix of West African, UK Caribbean creativity together. Each class will end in a 10 minute deep breath stretch and the 3rd week will include a celebration with food and drinks at the end of class.

Saturdays Saturdays 12th, 19th @ 12.15 - 1.15pm & 26th October 12.15pm - 1.15pm & social 1.15 - 3.15pm

Minimum donation each week: £3
