ACTIVATE: In Remembrance of

It is the one-year anniversary of the continued attack on Palestine and global heartbreak for those who are witnessing it. With violence escalating it is now more than ever that we need to come in community.

Activate is an event that aims to bring people together in community to be able to collectively grieve and process the events that have taken place in Palestine and in the world as a whole. We aim to create a safe space where people can freely express their feelings, frustrations, worries and fears about what we have been collectively witnessing.

We want people to express themselves through any medium, be it music, be it poetry, be it conversation, we welcome it all

This is a family and community event so please be mindful when putting together your pieces for the open mic slots

Tickets are free but we are asking for donations:

10% of donations will go towards venue costs and the rest will go to charities doing on the groundwork within Palestine, Yemen, Lebanon.
