About the instructor:
"Karli is a yoga and fitness trainer with Nike Well Collective in Berlin. Her journey into yoga and fitness began during the pandemic, marking her return to the wellness realm following a successful rehabilitation from an injury. With a diverse background in athletics spanning over six years, including semi-professional achievements, Karli brings a range of experience to her practice. She holds a 200-hour certification in Vinyasa and is a seasoned group fitness instructor.
As the Founder of Flexn’ Flourish, a community wellness club, Karli is committed to creating inclusive spaces for wellness and connection. Through this initiative, she aims to empower underrepresented communities, fostering diversity and amplifying voices within the wellness industry.
In her classes, Karli's focus is on guiding individuals to discover their dynamic movement, embracing strength, relaxation, and healing."
