Erleben Sie eine aufregende Lesung mit dem Berliner Künstler Johann-Christof Laubisch, auch bekannt als Le First. Er präsentiert seinen Bildband "BIF CREW – Berliner in Freiheit", der die einzigartige Subkultur rund um Freundschaft, Graffiti und Hip-Hop in Berlin um die Jahrtausendwende durch authentische, oft autobiografische Erzählungen einfängt. Die Geschichte dreht sich um Yoshi, einen 14-Jährigen, der inmitten von Widrigkeiten aufwächst und durch Graffiti sowie das Nachtleben ein Gefühl von Zugehörigkeit und Freundschaft entdeckt.Die Lesung gibt einen unverfälschten Einblick in eine Berliner Subkultur, die selten gewürdigt wird, und erforscht die Themen Freiheit, Rebellion und Kreativität vor dem Hintergrund rauer urbaner Landschaften. Join us for an exciting reading with Berlin artist Johann-Christof Laubisch, also known as Le First. He will present his photo book "BIF CREW – Berliner in Freiheit", which captures the unique subculture surrounding friendship, graffiti, and hip-hop in Berlin at the turn of the millennium through authentic, often autobiographical narratives. The story revolves around Yoshi, a 14-year-old growing up amid hardships, who discovers a sense of belonging and friendship through graffiti and the urban nightlife.The reading provides an unfiltered glimpse into a Berlin subculture rarely highlighted, exploring themes of freedom, rebellion, and creativity against a backdrop of gritty urban landscapes. Expect engaging discussions about the Berlin hip-hop scene and the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals.
After the reading, there will be a signing session, and potentially a spontaneous rap performance by Le First himself!
