Taoistic Meditation Soft Movement, Energy- & Organ Teachings

Autumn is beginning, and everything can slow down a bit, both outside and within. To make this transition as pleasant as possible, we are starting a weekly meditation offering from Wednesday, September 18th from 7 pm to 8pm.

Our diverse team will take turns offering insights into various meditation practices. If you're unsure whether meditation is for you or which meditation style suits you best, you're in the right place with us. No registration and no prior knowledge are required.

This Taoistic Meditation with Soft Movement, Energy- & Organ Teachings will be guided by Mareen.

Mareen loves Qi Gong and Taoist meditation and is an Associate Instructor of the Universal Healing Tao System according to Mantak Chia.

She starts the evening with simple movements in ease to open meridians and body structures. You will then be guided in how to connect to the power & qualities of your organs with an inner smile and visualizations to bring the Chi - the life force - into flow, to harmonize and strengthen it.

According to the Taoist view, the organs are the seat of the soul and emotions. All organs and glands - including the sexual organs - work together and support each other so that the life energy can flow well.

This meditation is a wonderful opportunity to pay attention to your inner body. You can become aware of the important role and interplay of your organs and glands, gently support the vitality of your body and your ability to sense, and naturally include your sexuality in the process.

The inner smile has sometimes relaxing, sometimes activating effects. It helps to reduce stress and strengthen your system holistically.
