Immerse yourself in elemental dishes and organic wine pairings at SYNERGY, an Ugly Baby Studio collaboration with STUDIO20 and Cate Wind for the tmr. exhibition series.

On the 21 of September, Ugly Baby Studio will transform STUDIO20 into a glimpse of the future of food. Our dinner concept for tmr. invites guests to imagine a future where humans and nature are in true synergy. This vision is not about halting progress but about progressing toward a future where both humanity and Mother Nature thrive together.

The space will blend food, design, and art into a creative vision of the future. Aligned with the theme of tmr., our concept explores the synergy between nature and humanity, with each element uniquely paired with food and wine to create an immersive dining experience.

The evening will consist of 10 bite-sized morsels of the elements and 4 wine pairings which are each derived from and sourced in a way which emphasises the element it is representing.
