Let yourself be inspired in our Conscious Breathwork Sessions. By breathing freely and consciously, you can not only foster personal growth but also enhance your overall well-being. These sessions are open to everyone – no matter where you come from, what you're looking for, or what experience you have, you are welcome.

Whether you are a highly motivated professional seeking effective ways to reduce stress and improve your work-life balance, someone looking for profound change in your life and open to transformative experiences, or you wish to build deeper social connections and experience more meaningful exchanges.

What to Expect:

  • Introduction and Check-In: We start with a warm introduction to the process and a round where everyone has the opportunity to express themselves – a first step into our shared safe space.
  • Breathwork Session (60-75 minutes): Our sessions feature specially curated music sets that are thematically aligned to support and deepen your journey. Here, you can personalize your breathwork experience in a space without fixed rules.
  • Sharing Circle: This is an optional part where you can share your experiences, if you wish, to better integrate them. This exchange is voluntary and aims to deepen our experiences in a supportive atmosphere. The evening concludes in a relaxed setting.

Your Host:

With a comprehensive understanding of human processes and a passion for personal development, I offer a safe space where you can freely and securely explore your own breath and its powerful effects. My intention is to help each individual find and follow their own path. Anna, with her experience in energy medicine, coaching, and personal processes, will co-host the session.

  • Time: Starts at 8:00 PM; the room opens at 7:45 PM.
  • Frequency: Please check the website for current offerings.
  • Capacity: Limited to 8 participants per session, participation only with prior registration for this event.
  • Preparation: Comfortable clothing and light meals two hours before the session are recommended for the best experience.
