New Moon Soundbath on the Water

Join us for our annual soundbath experience - this time on a boat!

">span> and ">span> (bass in about-us)">span>) invite you to embark on a meditative journey as we perform live on a boat during the first new moon of autumn, combining the resonant tones of a bass guitar and the vibrations of a gong with the gentle ambience of floating on water.

This year's event will take place on the 2nd of October from 18:30 to 19:30. Set against the backdrop of the first new moon of the season, the meditative sounds will take you inward, helping you to explore your inner universe and restore your energy. If you enjoyed our Yoga to Doom sessions, this immersive experience will resonate with you deeply.

What to bring:

• Water and/or tea for hydration
• Comfortable clothing
• Personal yoga mat (if you have one)
  

Please note: This is not a postural yoga session (no asanas). The focus is on the vibrational experience of the music, designed to lead you into deep meditation and self-restoration.

Places are limited: We can only accommodate 12 participants, so early registration is encouraged.

DETAILS:

Date & Time: 2 October, 6:30 - 7:30pm
Location: Aboard a boat, gently floating on the water of Rummelsburger See in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
Environment: Heated room with blankets and meditation cushions provided. Please bring your own mat if possible. A limited number of mats are available on request.
We'll have two separate toilets and a changing room on board.
