Die Autorin, Aktivistin und Theatermacherin Mirrianne Mahn präsentiert ihren Debütroman 'Issa'. Dieser Roman porträtiert eine Familie starker Frauen, die in einer Welt voller kultureller Barrieren um Identität kämpfen. Der Abend wird von Mirjam Nuenning, einer Übersetzerin und Antirassismus-Trainerin, moderiert. Mahns Werk verbindet die Schicksale von fünf Frauen über mehr als ein Jahrhundert und reflektiert über Traumata und den bleibenden Willen zu lieben.

Mirrianne Mahn, an author, activist, and theater maker, will present her debut novel 'Issa'. This novel portrays a family of strong women struggling with identities in a world divided by culture. The evening will be hosted by Mirjam Nuenning, a translator and anti-racism trainer. Mahn’s work connects the lives of five women across more than a century, reflecting on trauma and the enduring will to love.
