Join us for an evening of connection and learning! Our event is designed to foster a sense of community amongst students and grantees, and to provide key resources surrounding mental health and wellbeing while abroad. For one year, MindHyrst Mental Health Services has been dedicated to offer events and workshops where international students can learn strategies to improve their mental health and exchange about the experiences and the challenges faced while living abroad.
On Wednesday, October 9th, 2024, starting at 5:15 pm, we will meet in front of the Fisherman's Rare Catch Sculpture in Viktoriapark for a mindfulness walk through the park followed by a wellbeing talk by Psychological Counsellor Shani St.Louis. We will start the walk at 5:30pm.
Don't miss out on the chance to meet fellow international students and grantees in Berlin and discover tools to mindfully navigate your everyday life abroad. Mark your calendar and join our Mindfulness Walk and Workshop for International Students in Berlin!
