this is NOT just another Connection Game

It is a retrieving from the mud, the treasure of ancient knowledge and wisdom, together

to that what we've always known:

that our Medicine lies in being in all of what is, together.

And to use our Power of Choice to end the times of the Lonely Wolf

.. not merely in these comfortable hedonistic, dopamine driven ways, but also in the quiet, in silence, in the scream of Grief within us that hasn't been heard, yet is waiting for us to be ready to finally feel it, to be transforming us.

Over and over. Cyclically. Like Nature.

Interdependent and gloriously imperfect.

Here we pioneer back to being a Tribe and forward into an evolved, non-dogmatic one.

Here we become aware again of our own TREE and how we are all part of this vast, magnificent FOREST...

LOVE & GRIEF has evolved into a Ceremony over the past 5 years and is inspired by the incredible work of 4 great women, who's courage and love for life I thoroughly adore: Joanna Macy, Sobonfu Somé, Maya Luna and myself.

💎 Your Host: ANIR LEBEN

is an experienced facilitator that has lead individuals and groups through processes of embodied healing and transformation for over a decade.

She intensely and passionately studied Nonviolent Communication, Contact Improvisation, the (ZEGG) Forum and how to create safe (enough) containers in group formats.

She's a certified Dancer & Improviser, a VITA Coach for Sex, Love and Relationships and a Musician and Singer at her Soul level.

Her background is rooted in Voice and the Body in Motion, and being a deeply feeling creature herself, she thoroughly practiced and learned how to hold space for whatever arises.
