🍽️ Koscheres Street Food-Festival Berlin
Einen im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes Vorgeschmack der Jüdischen Kulturtage Berlin (13.-23.11.2025) gibt auch in diesem Jahr das Koschere Street Food Festival am 6. Juli im Hof der Neuen Synagoge in der Oranienburger Straße.
Die Jüdische Gemeinde zu Berlin lädt zum Entdecken, Probieren und Genießen ein. Jüdischer Alltag, Trends und Traditionen lassen sich auch über den Gaumen erkunden. Mehr als 40 Food-Trucks und Standbetreiber bieten ein reichhaltiges Angebot, begleitet von einem Bühnenprogramm und Kindervergnügen. Der Eintritt ist frei.
🍜 Gaumenfreuden, Kaleidoskope und Literatur
Dieses Festival ermöglicht eine kleine Weltreise durch die ganze Bandbreite der koscheren Küche: es gibt Speisen und Getränke u.a. aus Israel, Indien, Türkei, Italien, China, Indonesien, Hawaii, Argentinien oder der Ukraine. Neben Klassikern wie Sabich, Falafel oder Tel Aviv Bowls bietet beispielsweise Yahelis Chocolate and Patisserie hochwertiges Naschwerk oder die Vitamin Bar gesunden Granatapfelsaft. Zum ersten Mal werden auch Kaleidoskope und Literatur zum Verkauf angeboten und wer alles über das Judentum wissen möchte – etwa, was „koscher“ eigentlich bedeutet – ist am Infostand „Frag den Rabbi“ genau richtig: Dort stehen zehn Rabbiner bereit und geben gern Auskunft zu Fragen rund um Glaube, Alltag und Tradition.

Natürlich steht auch ein abwechslungsreiches Kulturprogramm mit Musik und Comedy auf dem Programm, das Ori Halevy moderiert. Der israelische Stand-up-Comedian ist seit einigen Jahren in Berlin beheimatet und hat durch das Live-Format „Epic Comedy Berlin“ Bekanntheit erlangt. Ein familiärer Spaß für Groß und Klein: Shlomit Tripp lädt junge Besucher:innen zu einem Puppenspiel-Nachmittag ein und Karikaturist Alexej Feser beeindruckt mit seiner Zeichenkunst. Eine Hüpfburg und Fußball-Dart garantieren beste Unterhaltung, ebenso Walking Acts und ein Zauberprogramm, während sich etwas abseits ein Streichelzoo befindet. Erstmals nehmen auch TuS Makkabi, Hertha BSC und ALBA Berlin mit ihren Maskottchen und Attraktionen für Groß und Klein teil.
Ein weiteres Gimmick: Vor Ort sind die Tickets für die Veranstaltungen der diesjährigen Jüdischen Kulturtage Berlin zu einem Sonderpreis mit einer Vergünstigung von 20 Prozent erhältlich.
