INTUITIVE WORKSHOP: MOVE LIKE WATER-THE ART OF TURNING IN

INTUITIVE WORKSHOP: MOVE LIKE WATER-THE ART OF TURNING IN

INTUITIVE WORKSHOP: MOVE LIKE WATER- THE ART OT TURNING IN

According to Chinese Traditional Medicine, winter is associated with Water. Winter invites us to slow down, turn inward, and embrace the quiet power of water. Join Yoga practitioner and artist for an immersive, intuitive workshop that weaves together expressive arts, wellness, eastern practices and meditation. Together, we’ll explore movement, color, and contemplation, creating space to connect with ourselves and set intentions for a nurturing winter season. Embrace the art of stillness and flow—perfect for welcoming winter’s introspective energy.

Our winter workshop is an invitation to journey inward, embrace the stillness of the season, and transform winter’s challenges into opportunities for growth and gratitude. Rooted in Chinese medicine principles and expressive arts, we create a safe space for exploring the beauty of rest, receptivity, and introspection. Together, we’ll gather tools to honor the natural cycles of yin and yang, acknowledge fears around winter’s isolation and darkness, and cultivate resilience and joy through mindful movement, creativity, and community connection.

Looking forward to sharing this experience with you!
