Are you curious to improve how you experience your life?
Would you like to feel empowered by your feelings?
Would you like to be more confident in dealing with conflicts?
A 30 hours weekend workshop of emotional experiences and learnings in a supporting community.
Facing our emotions can be awkward, and feelings can be hard to put into words. When learning about emotions, we’re often asked to talk and share. Our workshop focuses on experience rather than stories. You will be invited to feel, but you will not be required to share.
Doing this work is hard, challenging even…
You might want to do this in private, but it might be really difficult and intimidating to do it alone.
During a Feel workshop, people who have done this before are by your side and available to support you whenever you need it.
Not for profit and run by volunteers, Feel workshop is a full weekend and a unique opportunity to work on oneself.
We offer tickets at different price points. Those who can afford to pay more allow us to subsidise tickets for those who can’t.
We are transparent with our costs: we need to cover a budget of about 5.000€ for such a weekend, for rent, food, and materials.
Combining an increased vocabulary of feelings with emotional regulation, emotional agility is a skill that helps us move from reactions to more nuanced responses. It allows us to use our emotions instead of them using us.
Feel workshop is a whole weekend of personal work that takes place at um7PXAN3DUE5BECC6.

For planning purposes, please reserve the following times—these times are approximate, depending on how the workshop goes:
You are invited to explore specific emotions through experiential hands-on exercises. These are done both individually and in small groups.
Delicious vegetarian/vegan lunches are included on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday evening pizzas of your choice will be provided. Water, tea, coffee, and snacks are provided throughout the whole workshop.
The whole weekend is facilitated by two humans who combine more than 40 years of personal growth work:
Both Silvana and Olaf facilitated this workshop multiple times. Their many years of experience of dealing with challenging situations and inviting stance contribute to create a caring atmosphere.
They are supported by a group of volunteers and supporters who participated in previous editions of the workshop. They will make sure you will have everything you need during the whole weekend.
Safe, as all exercices are invitation-only. No one is forced to do anything and you can stop any exercice at any time. Your privacy is also assured and you don’t have to reveal any personal story.
Diverse, as our organising and supporting team has many women and men. We aim for diverse participation. We’ll do our best to enable everyone to choose to work with men, women, or a mixed group.
Limited to a maximum of 15 participants, with minimum one supporter by participant, making it a small group of people.
Experienced-based, as all exercices are very hands-on and practical.
Community-based, as participants help each other and form a community that stay in touch after the workshop, joining previous alumni.
Not-for-profit: supporters also pay to come and no one earns anything from the workshop. All funds are used to make the workshop the best possible experience for the participants.
Free of any substance, as alcohol and drugs are forbidden. Only prescribed drugs are allowed.
