This is the first of four workshops designed to teach participants how to integrate more embodiment into their everyday lives, provide tools for dealing with crises, and foster better relationships. Each meeting stands alone, so you can benefit even if you attend just one.

This workshop will be about bodywork

(not just cuddling), focusing on how the physical aspects support mental processes.

Tailored for those curious about bodywork and eager to explore intimacy and trust through touch.

How will it unfold?

We'll start with an introduction, then move through exercises to connect with our bodies via movement and breath. These physical practices support deeper mental and emotional processes. We'll explore different ways of sensing ourselves, enhancing our intuition and sensitivity. I'll introduce various types of touch, which we'll practice with randomly assigned partners.

I'll guide a bodywork session to help you embrace the tools and enjoy sensing others. This is all experimental, so there's no failure – only learning.

It might be an emotionally charged experience. I'll ensure everyone feels safe and hopefully has fun. We'll wrap up with some verbal sharing and conclude as a group.

I'll be available for questions before and after the workshop.
