DINNER SOCIAL CLUB x Conscious Dinners: Navigating Burnout

DINNER SOCIAL CLUB x Conscious Dinners: Navigating Burnout

Join us on Friday night, October 11, at the cozy dining table for an intimate dinner at the C*SPACE factory loft, where we will collectively explore how to identify, be with, and navigate burnout with consciousness.

Have you ever felt overwhelmed, with too much on your plate, or like you've bitten off more than you can chew? We believe there's an intriguing link between burnout and food, and this dinner will explore that connection.

Whether you're currently experiencing burnout, worried it could affect you or your team, supporting someone close to you who's struggling, or reflecting on your own past experience, this space offers a chance to explore these challenges with awareness. Together, we’ll unpack what burnout truly means, how it shows up in our lives, and what we can do to move forward with greater clarity and resilience.

Hosted by ,">span>, a founder of ,">span>, this “burnout dinner” will feature “emotional tapas” and culinary delights prepared by Dutch chef Sjoerd van Beelen. The Dinner Social Club format is initiated, curated, and co-hosted by .

The dinner idea belongs to Judit Saez, a conscious leadership mentor, and regenerative strategist with more than 15 years of experience leading teams and nurturing communities across Europe:

“Five years ago, I experienced burnout and an anxiety crisis—a complete breakdown that shattered my identity and sense of purpose. It was painful, but it helped me let go of what wasn’t truly me, starting a journey of self-discovery.

During my own experience with burnout, therapy gave me the tools and vocabulary to explain what was happening to me—but it was those dinner conversations, both then and in the years that followed, that helped me truly make sense of burnout and navigate through it”.

Dinner chef is Sjoerd van Beelen. Sjoerd studied fashion in Amsterdam and ethics in Sweden, before he united his passion for aesthetics and conceptual rigor in the art of cooking. For the last five years he has been cooking in kitchens in Norway, France and now Berlin. In his menus, Sjoerd seeks to express the diversity and delight of vegetarian cuisine. He prefers to cook by himself, but to eat only in good company.
