If you know exactly what the path to the milestones on your tech roadmap looks like, then your solution is most likely not innovative. In climate tech, there is another level of complexity on top. Not only do you have to anticipate how markets will develop that don't even exist yet, but you also must have an idea of how the consequences of climate change will change the world and its markets.

We discuss how to gain the trust of an investor in a maze of question marks. What answers do you need to have ready and to which questions is it perfectly acceptable to present two or three different scenarios rather than a clear answer?

We shed light on the experiences of an early stage climate tech founder, as well as the investor perspective of Honda Innovations and Carbon13. Oh, and there is PIZZA.
