The theme for this year's event is "CHANGE, CHALLENGE, CHANCE." This networking event is designed to offer valuable insights from both theory and practice, featuring discussion panels, workshops, one-on-one sessions, and a marketplace of opportunities for women entrepreneurs and aspiring women.

Keynote speeches will be delivered by distinguished speakers including Franziska Giffey, the Mayor and Senator for Economy, Energy, and Enterprises, and Nicole Korset-Ristic, Vice President of IHK Berlin. The keynote address will be presented by sustainability and transformation expert Prof. Dr. Maja Göpel.

Participants can expect engaging talks on topics such as "Trends and Growth Areas of the Economy" and "Women, Power, Media. There is still room to grow up to eye level." Notable speakers include activist Theresia Crone, founder Ruth von Heusinger, author Dr. Katarzyna Mol-Wolf, business consultant Natalya Nepomnyashcha, and journalist Petra Pinzler.

Breakout sessions will be led by experts from various organizations alongside role-model entrepreneurs, focusing on "Founding" and "Business Succession, Transfer, Acquisition." Three workshops will run simultaneously, featuring Josephine Ballon, Head of Legal at HateAid, Sabrina Rizzo, a behavioral and negotiation expert, and Uta Zech, leader of the Equal Pay Day campaign.
